  1. Go to the Intake Questionnaire and fill it out as completely as you can. This will help us to calibrate your workout routine and nutrition needs.
  2. After the initial intake discussion we’ll build out your fitness routine, and meal plan. We’ll go over that with you on a zoom call and both will appear in your account when complete. You will find all of your calls and checkins scheduled on the Check In Tab Above
  3. While we’re building your plan you will have access to Mindset curriculum. We’ll have you start The Week 1 course, and you will see new curriculum content weekly.
  4. Check the Resources tab above and download the listed apps to your phone such as “My fitness Pal” for tracking meals and macros, “Everfit” for your fitness routine. etc.
