- Go to the Intake Questionnaire and fill it out as completely as you can. This will help us to calibrate your workout routine and nutrition needs.
- After the initial intake discussion we’ll build out your fitness routine, and meal plan. We’ll go over that with you on a zoom call and both will appear in your account when complete. You will find all of your calls and checkins scheduled on the Check In Tab Above
- While we’re building your plan you will have access to Mindset curriculum. We’ll have you start The Week 1 course, and you will see new curriculum content weekly.
- Check the Resources tab above and download the listed apps to your phone such as “My fitness Pal” for tracking meals and macros, “Everfit” for your fitness routine. etc.
